MAB Dispatchers operates as an independent dispatch agent providing freight negotiation, load coordination, administrative paperwork processing, and back-office support for licensed motor carriers and owner-operators holding active FMCSA operating authority.
The relationship between MAB Dispatchers and the Carrier is that of an independent contractor. MAB Dispatchers does NOT exercise direct operational control over the carrier's commercial motor vehicles or drivers. The Carrier retains absolute authority over vehicle operation, route selection, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance. Zero Forced Dispatch: The Carrier maintains full discretion to accept or decline any freight load offered by MAB Dispatchers.
The Carrier agrees to:
MAB Dispatchers charges an agreed-upon percentage fee per load dispatched, as stated in the Carrier Dispatch Agreement. Fees are earned upon execution of the broker Rate Confirmation. Invoicing packets (Rate-Con, signed BOL, and POD) will be submitted directly to the Carrier's designated factoring company or broker for direct settlement.
Our dispatch service agreements operate without long-term lock-in terms. Either party may terminate or pause the dispatch arrangement at any time upon written notice (email or SMS), without penalty or cancellation fees, provided all loads currently booked or in-transit are fully delivered and accounted for.
